Terms and Conditions (Abbreviated)

Although we are out-of-network and do not communicate directly with your insurance, we provide all the necessary billing documentation ("superbills") for you to submit reimbursement requests to your insurance. We can't verify your insurance terms. Please contact your insurance to ask about Speech-Language Pathology (Speech Therapy) reimbursement rate and other conditions. Please note:

• We require payment in full at the time of service, and we provide all the necessary billing documentation for you to submit insurance claims
• Please contact your insurance to confirm their terms and reimbursement policy for speech-language pathology services

We provide in-home therapy in the Seattle area for maximum convenience, however certain conditions apply, including:

• Distance
• Access
• Pets
• Weapons and other hazards

We will discuss these conditions before beginning services. We reserve the right to discontinue in-home services at any time at our sole discretion.

For added convenience and access, we also extend services via Telehealth throughout the State of Washington. To receive services via Telehealth, please ensure that you have:

• A computer with a camera, microphone, and speaker
• A stable internet connection
• A quiet space for the duration of sessions
• The technical skills (or a care partner's support) to access your email, the internet, a Telehealth platform, and activate your camera, microphone and speaker.

We will walk you through the Telehealth checklist before beginning services. We reserve the right to discontinue Telehealth services at any time at our sole discretion.
