Terms and Conditions (Abbreviated)

Our practice is out-of-network for insurance plans

NeuroRehab SLP PLLC provides qualified speech-language pathology services under the practice owner's license. We do not communicate with insurance on our clients' behalf, and do not verify insurance reimbursement policies.


  • Full payment is due at the time of service
  • We provide itemized invoices (called "superbills") for clients to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider
  • Please contact your insurance to confirm their terms and reimbursement policy for speech-language pathology services

In-home in the Seattle area

We provide in-home therapy in the Seattle area for maximum convenience, however certain conditions apply, including:


  • Distance
  • Access
  • Pets
  • Weapons and other hazards


We will discuss these conditions before beginning services. We reserve the right to discontinue in-home services at any time at our sole discretion.

Telehealth across Washington State

For added convenience and access, we also extend services via Telehealth throughout the State of Washington. To receive services via Telehealth, please ensure that you have:


  • A computer with a camera, microphone, and speaker
  • A stable internet connection
  • A quiet space for the duration of sessions
  • The technical skills (or a care partner's support) to access your email, the internet, a Telehealth platform, and activate your camera, microphone and speaker.


We will walk you through the Telehealth checklist before beginning services. We reserve the right to discontinue Telehealth services at any time at our sole discretion.

Our basic process:

  • Once you contact us—or your provider sends a referral—we begin with a free phone call to understand your needs and decide whether services will be in‑home or through Telehealth.
  • If we move forward, you will receive a comprehensive Client Services Agreement along with other intake forms.
  • Our principal SLP, Nathalie Farage, will complete a 60–70 minute evaluation (in-home or via Telehealth). She will then recommend a treatment plan based on your needs.
  • After you agree to the treatment plan, each treatment session lasts 40 minutes, plus a few minutes for scheduling and payment.
  • With your permission, we can share your evaluation and treatment plan with your referring provider. We can also communicate with other members of your care team if you choose.
  • We do not contact insurance companies. You are responsible for checking your coverage for SLP services. Payment is due at each visit. We will give you detailed invoices to submit to your insurance, although we are unable to guarantee insurance reimbursement.
